CRE Desk is software for commercial real estate agents, operated by Rand Property Group LLC (RPG). It is not a brokerage, law firm, lender, appraiser, or tax advisor.

Brochures, flyers, offering memoranda, letters of intent, listing proposals, broker opinions of value, calculators, and tapes (including NOI, cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR, rent, CAM, NNN, TI, free rent, and expense reimbursements) are drafts from the words and numbers you type. A letter of intent is not a contract. A listing proposal is not a listing agreement. A broker opinion of value is not an appraisal. They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are not an appraisal, offering circular, or investment recommendation.

You — not CRE Desk or Rand Property Group LLC — are responsible for every figure you enter, download, print, or send. Independently verify every number before you list, offer, lend, or close. To the fullest extent the law allows, CRE Desk and Rand Property Group LLC are not liable for deals, losses, or claims that come from use of this software.

Terms of use

By signing in you get a personal account. Listings, photos, and calculator inputs you save belong to you. You may not upload photos or copy you do not have the right to use. You may not resell CRE Desk, scrape it, or share your login.

Subscription is $15 per month or $150 per year per agent after a 7-day trial. The trial starts when you sign in (email or Google). No card is required for those 7 days. On day 8 the desk waits until you pick a plan. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it.

CRE Desk may change features. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or infringes someone else’s rights.

Privacy

We keep your sign-in identity (name, email, and provider), the listings and calculator values you save, and basic device logs needed to run the app. We do not sell your book to other agents. We use processors that host the app and take payment (when billing is on). You can delete a package in the book; to delete the account, email Rand Property Group LLC, the operator of CRE Desk.

Delete your CRE Desk account

CRE Desk is operated by Rand Property Group LLC. To delete your account and the data stored with it, email randfamilyemail@gmail.com from the address on the account. Write “Delete my CRE Desk account” in the subject.

We delete the account, name, email, saved listings, photos, calculator values, and letters. Payment records that the law requires us to keep may be held by the payment processor. Deletion is completed within 30 days. You can also delete one package inside the book without closing the account.

Payments

Card charges, when enabled, run through Stripe or a similar processor in the name of Rand Property Group LLC. They see what they need to charge the card. Sales tax may apply based on where you are. App Store or Play Store, if used later, bill under those stores’ rules.
