CRE Desk is software for commercial real estate agents, operated by Rand Property Group LLC. It is not a brokerage, law firm, or tax advisor. Brochures, calculators, and tapes are estimates and presentation tools. They are not an appraisal, offering circular, or investment recommendation. You are responsible for the numbers you publish to clients.

Terms of use

By signing in you get a personal account. Listings, photos, and calculator inputs you save belong to you. You may not upload photos or copy you do not have the right to use. You may not resell CRE Desk, scrape it, or share your login.

Subscription is $29 per month or $199 per year per agent after a 7-day trial. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires it.

CRE Desk may change features. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or infringes someone else’s rights.

Privacy

We keep your sign-in identity (name, email, and provider), the listings and calculator values you save, and basic device logs needed to run the app. We do not sell your book to other agents. We use processors that host the app and take payment (when billing is on). You can delete a package in the book; to delete the account, email Rand Property Group LLC, the operator of CRE Desk.

Payments

Card charges, when enabled, run through Stripe or a similar processor in the name of Rand Property Group LLC. They see what they need to charge the card. Sales tax may apply based on where you are. App Store or Play Store, if used later, bill under those stores’ rules.
